Uneven baking, a burner that won't ignite, or a built-in wall oven acting up — we repair gas, electric and dual-fuel ranges and ovens.
Oven and range problems tend to fall into two buckets: heating issues (an igniter, bake or broil element, or temperature sensor) and control issues (a touchpad, control board, or door latch on self-cleaning models). We test the actual heating and sensing components directly with your unit running, rather than assuming the most expensive part is the culprit.
For gas ranges and ovens, we treat ignition and gas-valve diagnostics with extra care and will always advise if a smell or ignition issue needs to be addressed before the appliance is used again.
On electric ovens, often a failed bake or broil element. On gas ovens, usually an igniter that's weakened but not fully failed.
Typically a dirty or misaligned igniter, a clogged burner port, or a faulty spark module.
Often a drifting temperature sensor (RTD) or a control board calibration issue.
Usually a stuck door lock motor or a control board fault triggered during the high-heat cycle.
Commonly a failing touchpad/control board, or a wiring connection loosened by heat cycling.
